Powerful Families, Powerful Communities NJ has assembled a specific team of national leaders with expertise in human-centered-design, change management, trauma-healing, systems change, and implementation science. This group of leaders has been meeting together since 2019 reviewing the data, exploring best practices and, most importantly, learning from families with lived experience. The COVID pandemic did not slow the process. It amplified the need for change and created an added urgency to our vision and mission.
